Yes. NordStar runs manufacturer-approved supply chains, including customs clearance and pre-delivery inspection before retail handover.
Can I order a car not in stock?
Factory and pipeline orders are available for many lines, subject to production slots and shipping. Your consultant will confirm ETA in writing.
Do you buy used cars?
We offer trade-in valuations toward a new NordStar purchase after inspection. We are not a general used-car auction.
Is servicing only for brands you sell?
Warranty and scheduled servicing prioritise our represented marques. Ask the service desk about eligibility for other brands.
Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes — port-to-showroom and customer delivery across districts on agreed slots. Remote villages may need an extra day.
What finance options exist?
We introduce bank and captive finance partners. Approval is always with the lender; we do not underwrite loans ourselves.
Can I book a test drive?
Yes, by appointment for available demonstrators. Bring a valid licence and ID; some performance models need a deposit hold.
