I work with families and private investors in China who want exposure to EU-adjacent Mediterranean property, often with a parallel interest in living or spending extended time in Cyprus. My role is to shortlist projects, explain developer track records in plain language, organise remote or escorted viewing itineraries, and introduce clients to Cyprus-licensed lawyers, banks, and sales desks.

I do not replace Cypriot legal or immigration counsel: residency eligibility, due diligence, and title deeds stay with professionals on the island. I speak daily with clients in Mandarin and switch to English with Cyprus counterparts. Typical brief: capital protection, rental potential where relevant, school and lifestyle questions for relocating spouses, and realistic timelines — not guaranteed-passport marketing.
