Yeşilköy Muhtarlığı sits at Famagusta District. This is a village council or district civic desk. You arrive by car on ordinary roads, then walk to the council building or office door. Hours follow the community calendar — check the board before a long drive. Bring ID and the documents the service lists. This is a public authority counter: bring ID, follow the queue system, and use only the services posted for this building. Confirm opening and appointment rules on the board or official site the morning you travel — do not invent weekend hours. Photography of counters and other citizens is not appropriate.
