Kouris Reservoir sits at Alassa. This is a Limassol-district dam / reservoir stop — foothills or coastal hinterland. Arrive by car on the access road; the last metres are often a public viewing bay near the dam. Viewing access is usually free; some sites charge for parking. Stay behind barriers on the dam crest, keep clear of spillways and steep banks, and do not swim unless a signed beach or zone says otherwise. Water levels and shore edges change with the season — closed shoes help on mud and rock. Use the pin for arrival; follow WDD or Forestry signs for the last metres rather than cutting across working dam infrastructure.
