Devlet Basımevi sits at Nicosia District. This is a Nicosia civic stop: you typically arrive by car or bus into the capital, then walk the last streets to the public entrance. Weekday mornings after public holidays are the busy hours. Bring ID, any reference numbers, and photocopies — staff will say if a case must move to an online portal or another national office. Phones on silent in the waiting area. This is a public authority counter: bring ID, follow the queue system, and use only the services posted for this building. Confirm opening and appointment rules on the board or official site the morning you travel — do not invent weekend hours. Photography of counters and other citizens is not appropriate.
