Overview

The monastery sits at Agrokipia. This is a Troodos or hill-village stop: you typically arrive by car on a winding road, then a short walk from the square or the monastery lane. Summer days are hot on the tarmac and cooler in the courtyard shade; winter can close mountain roads after rain. Bring water and shoes you can walk in. Parking is whatever the square and verge already hold — walk the last metres rather than blocking a gate. Take rubbish with you. Treat it as a working monastery: modest dress is the usual expectation — covered shoulders and knees — and voices stay low inside. Interior photography is often discouraged during services; follow signs and what the community asks on the day. Hours are whatever is posted at the gate. Do not assume a ticket desk or a guaranteed open nave.
