This small-group cooking workshop ran on 10 August 2024 in the Harbour Meze kitchen and on the charcoal grill. Over 3.5 hours guests built village salad and tahini dip; grilled Cyprus halloumi; learned to scale, season, and grill whole fish; and shared a meze lunch on the terrace.
Head chef Andreas guided every station. The listing stays published as a reference for authors filling past events and for testing archive filters. We plan to announce a 2029 autumn date on this profile when the next class opens.
