Fianco Cucine S.r.l.
- Oak-foil kitchens from Pesaro — measured for Cyprus homes and sites
Intro
Fianco Cucine builds oak-foil kitchens in Pesaro. We measure Cyprus homes ourselves, ship from Ravenna, and keep a trade account with developer Aurelios Living for new-build call-offs.

Spotlight!
Fianco Cucine S.r.l. is a privately held kitchen plant on the Pesaro industrial belt. The Fianchi family opened the first carcass line in 1998. Today about 90 people run two halls: oak-foil and laminate carcasses, and a laminate worktop cell with sink cut-outs and a standard 60 cm oven housing. VAT IT01588220418; REA PU-184420.
We sell community-range kitchens (2.4–3.2 m straight or L-run) to households in Cyprus, a light joinery pack (cabinet + four wall lights), and contract call-offs of eight or more identical runs for developers and hotels. Appliances, stone, and islands are quoted. Households and sites request those packs on the Fianco campaign — this page is the Italian company for importers, project buyers, and trade partners.
Cyprus is a live lane, not a one-off container. A Fianco designer books weekday measure slots in Limassol, Paphos, and Nicosia. Drawings return to Pesaro; lorries leave Ravenna. Aurelios Living is an active local partner: they specify our community range in selected Aurelios handovers and share keys dates with our after-sales. They do not sell Fianco as their own brand. Other developers send drawings to the same Pesaro contract desk.

FAQ
Do households buy from this Company page?
This profile is the legal entity. Households request Community Kitchen, Light Renovation, or Contract Line on the Fianco campaign.
Are you Aurelios Living?
No. Aurelios is a Cyprus developer and a trade partner. Fianco is the manufacturer. Two brands, two listings.
What is a first household order?
One measured 2.4–3.2 m community run — see Community Kitchen. Lead time six to eight weeks from the 40% deposit.
Contract MOQ?
Eight identical community-range kitchens on one site. From-price on Contract Line.
Where is the plant?
Pesaro (PU), Italy. Lorries leave Ravenna. We do not have a Cyprus factory.
Who measures in Cyprus?
A Fianco designer, weekday slot, Limassol / Paphos / Nicosia. Video measure if you send floor plans.
If my keys are on an Aurelios project?
Tell us the handover date. We coordinate with Aurelios after-sales. You still request the kitchen from Fianco.
Can another developer order?
Yes. Send drawings and a company VAT to the Pesaro contract desk. Aurelios is not exclusive.
Private label carcasses?
Quoted from 12 identical runs. Our foil colours stay in the Fianco range unless you pay a foil set-up.
Warranty?
Five years on carcass; two years on hinges, runners, and laminate against manufacturing fault.
Who signs?
Export and Cyprus: Elena Fianchi, commercial director. Plant: Luca Berti, production. Italian or English; Greek on booked Cyprus weeks.
Are you hiring in Cyprus?
Fitters travel with the lorry. A standing Cyprus distributor would hire locally — we have not appointed one yet.
