Our Engomi flagship — the original night oven, the longest pastry case, and the desk that packs office trays for Nicosia.
Spotlight!
Alonia Engomi is the first oven and still the busiest. Dough goes in at 22:00; the counter opens at 06:00 with village bread, barley loaf, and sesame koulouri still warm. A small terrace on Prodromou takes the morning shade. HQ sits in the same campus — careers and supplier files go upstairs, not through the till.
Weekday evenings the pastry case runs until 20:00; Saturday collect for Morning Crate is 07:00–11:00. Student weekday croissant is at this till with a card. English and Greek at every station. Blue-badge bays by the lift.
