Alonia bakes through the night in four Cyprus ovens — Engomi, Germasogeia, Larnaca, and Paphos — so the counter is ready when the street is. Morning Crate is a weekly household collect: village loaves, koulouri, focaccia, filter coffee, 06:30–10:00 at the oven you name. Desk Lunch Tray is eight to twenty cold portions for a registered office, invoiced to the company. Named-day Cake is an 18 cm eight-slice sponge with 48 hours’ notice and a first name in icing.
Households collect. Offices invoice. Everyday bread and coffee stay at the till. Cream cakes stay in the cold room until you arrive — the oven that baked the line is the oven you collect from.
