When to open a ticket

When Docs are not enough or you are blocked. Help center: /docs/.

Open the form

1. Sign in.
2. Go to /dashboard/ticket-form/ (or New → Ticket / Create).

Fill in the fields

• Title — short subject
• Problem — what you did, errors, what you expected
• Screenshots (optional) — up to 5 JPG/PNG

Submit

Use the form save/submit control. Do not leave Title or Problem empty.

Track status

Open /tickets/, find your ticket, and continue in the same thread.
